For students under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must complete the registration process and accept these Terms and Conditions on the student's behalf.
Enrollment is not guaranteed until payment has been successfully received and confirmed.
4. Payment Policy
Payments may be made through approved payment methods, including:

PayPal
Other payment methods approved by Korean Learning Hub
Full payment is required before the start of a course unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Students are responsible for any transaction fees charged by third-party payment providers.
5. Late Payments
Accounts with unpaid balances may be subject to:
Suspension of class access
Cancellation of enrollment
Additional late fees, where permitted by law
Korean Learning Hub reserves the right to withhold services until all outstanding balances have been paid.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Private lessons canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson may be rescheduled without penalty.
Lessons canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed lessons, and no-shows are generally not eligible for refunds or makeup sessions.
Refund requests for courses must be submitted in writing and are subject to Korean Learning Hub's refund policy.
No refunds will be issued for completed lessons, completed classes, downloaded materials, or partially completed courses unless required by applicable law.
7. Online Learning Requirements
Students are responsible for maintaining:
A reliable internet connection
Appropriate devices and software
Access to the required online learning platform
Korean Learning Hub is not responsible for interruptions caused by technical issues on the student's equipment or internet service.
8. Student Conduct
Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students.
The following conduct is prohibited:
Harassment or discrimination
Abusive, threatening, or offensive language
Disruptive behavior during classes
Sharing inappropriate content
Unauthorized recording of classes
Violations may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
9. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Korean Learning Hub, including course materials, worksheets, videos, presentations, recordings, logos, graphics, and website content, is the property of Korean Learning Hub and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Students may use materials solely for personal educational purposes.
Materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, sold, shared, or modified without prior written permission.
10. Class Recordings
Classes may be recorded for educational, training, administrative, or quality assurance purposes.
By participating in classes, students consent to such recordings where permitted by law.
Students may not record, reproduce, or distribute class sessions without written authorization from Korean Learning Hub.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website and services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Disclaimer
Korean Learning Hub provides educational services designed to support language learning. We do not guarantee specific language proficiency levels, examination results, academic outcomes, employment opportunities, or other individual achievements.
Student success depends on individual effort, attendance, participation, and study habits.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Korean Learning Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, courses, or educational materials.
Any liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the student for the applicable course or service.
14. Reservation of Rights
Korean Learning Hub reserves the right to:
Refuse or cancel enrollment at its sole discretion.
Refuse service to any individual for any lawful reason.
Remove students from classes for violations of these Terms and Conditions or school policies.
Modify course schedules, instructors, tuition fees, curriculum, class formats, and educational materials.
Cancel, postpone, combine, or reschedule classes due to low enrollment, instructor availability, emergencies, technical issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
